Children's Liturgy of the Word



Children’s Liturgy of the Word is offered for students in grades 1-4 and will meet during the 5:00 Masses starting in October 2008. Children will start and end the Mass with their families. 

Children’s Liturgy of the Word includes many activities to help the students understand the Gospel message. They hear the same message that their parents hear, only in words that they can understand. After hearing the Gospel message, the students have a time to share their thoughts about the message, and ways to share the message with others. Each week the students end their time together with the Creed, prayers of the faithful and music.
