Dear Guardian Angels Faith Formation Parents:
Welcome to Guardian Angels Faith Formation programs ("GAFF"). We are excited to have your child(ren) join our programs!
Clicking on the Faith Formation Forms Packet above will open the forms you will need to register including a GAFF registration form, a student information form, a behavior policy form, and a parent responsibility agreement. All forms should be completed and returned with a minimum registration fee of $80 before July 1, 2011 to lock in the early registration discounted rate. Fees will increase by $10 per child after July 1, 2011. Registration forms for sacramental preparation (grades 2, 9 and 10) will be mailed separately in August 2011. Please be sure both you and your children read and sign the enclosed Behavior Policy, as well as our Parent Responsibility Agreement and return them with your payment.
GAFF Wednesday night programs for the 2011-2012 year will begin on September 21, 2011 at 6:15 p.m. This evening is part of our curriculum for first through 10th graders and all children and parents must attend. During this session, you will receive a calendar for the year, a Guardian Angels Faith Formation Family Handbook, as well as other necessary information. You will also have an opportunity to meet your child's catechist.
Let me know if you are able to help in any way with GAFF next year -- as a catechist, a substitute teacher, a classroom assistant, a hall monitor, a child care provider, a ministry committee member, or as office clerical help. We have a place for everyone who is interested in helping to make our program a success for our children.
